I received this product for free from Picky and NUMBUZIN in exchange for my honest review. If blotting sheets never worked for you or you aren’t into trying out setting powder/makeup, this product is the perfect alternative! It instantly mattifies your skin and makes it look less shiny. So if you aren’t into the glass skin look, you can also combine this with other skincare products if you feel that they left your skin looking more oily than ‘glowy’. I love that you can mix it in with your favorite serum or cream, and it didn’t have ingredients that could interact with actives like acids or retinol. It does feature niacinamide though to help with post acne hyperpigmentation. Note that in my before and after, I only applied it to my nose and chin. I could have also done my forehead probably, but I knew I would be applying cream right after this. I chose to layer my skincare: serum, powder, then cream on this day. But it truly depends on what you’re looking for from this powder. I love that it compliments your routine, and it’s got more skincare ingredients than traditional powder makeup usually does. I’m definitely looking forward to continue playing with this product.
