Niacinamide Brightening Toner

Used this on my body and it brightened and hydrated. Has a lovely smooth texture and amazingly the l-ascorbic acid didn’t oxidize in this formula unlike serums that change within months.

I wish it came in a bigger size!

it didnt oxidize because it does not have L ascorbic acid. they used a more stable (and less effective) derivative
