Dear Dahlia - Arwen68 review for Barely

Have you heard of Dear Dahlia’s Petal Drop liquid blush? I got to try these for free from @go.picky and @deardahlia_beauty in exchange for my honest review! These blushes are so pretty! They are a lightweight, tinted serum that smooths skin and leaves a glassy skin look. They are not super pigmented but they are buildable and blend nicely. the finish is sheet and radiant. They also have blurring properties that help smooth skin. I received the colors Moody, a deep mauvy rose and Barley, a warm cozy pink. The moody is my favorite. Barley is almost too light for my skin.
