Any full routine filled with product recommendations for dry&sensitive skin with the goal to repair my skin barrier? I’ve used bar soap for a good part of my life through puberty and I believed that having the super dry tight skin afterwards was a good thing but now I’m on the journey to even skin that won’t flake an hour after my mornings routine.

Preferably anything with hyaluronic acid and nothing too heavy. From my experience, the CeraVe moisturizing cream was too heavy and broke me out. No slugging recs please, it hasn’t worked out for me in the past either.

Barrier Repair (dry/sensitive)

There’s a pimple or spider bite on my nose and it makes me look like Rudolph… the thing is, I never get any pimples in that area and it appeared overnight, so that’s why I think it’s a spider bite. It’s a bit pink and sensitive to the touch but I think that’s because of the area it’s in as well.

Any fool proof ways to get rid of this quick? I don’t want to pop it and I can’t help but doubt pimple patches for this placement this time. Is it better to ice it and just wait for it to go away?

How long does it take for you to see any changes in your skin from using serums or essence? I try to look for any changes but I can’t help but feel doubtful since they often feel so watery and thin.

Has anyone seen positive significant changes in your skin from using either serums or essences? And if so, what product did you use? How long did it take for that product to show results?

Does anyone have a good toner recommendation for dry and sensitive skin? It must also include hyaluronic acid, but if it doesn’t, it’s fine as long as it’s suitable for dry and super sensitive skin.

Skin concern: Dry + Sensitive skin especially in the winter

What are some products you recommend for slugging with the skin type above?

I tried using vaseline before but it broke me out and I don’t know what I did wrong, I was also desperate last winter since my cheekbone area was dry and burning after exposure and Vaseline helped keep that area calm. Unfortunately I had break outs and milia forming in that area afterwards.

What items do you use and for how long? And how do you specific cleanse afterwards?

 The only bad thing about this product that I could say was that the applicator on the very tip can be thicker than the place where you take it out and so you kind of have to struggle and be careful when you take it out or else it’ll pop but I know that some people do like the sturdy pop of the applicator coming out.

First time trying out a lip oil and it feels so nice. I was afraid that this would be too warm and orange-y on my lips but surprisingly it looks great. It just adds warmth to my lips and it’s making me rethink my choices on whether or not I’m warm or cool toned since I’m partial to cooler shades in lip products. Smells faintly like peppermint but nothing spicy on my lips, it just feels like a moisturizer. The applicator was fat and pretty solid, hard to get through the bottle because of how much of a tight fit it was to stick the wand in. 

 The product was pretty thick when it was coming out of the bottle, but actually it’s not that much of a bad part of the product. I did have a hard time opening it, but I guess that means it was properly stored and prepared and packaged. 

This cream is super thick coming out from the tube but it glides on the skin so you can get the best moisturized feel! It absorbs into my skin pretty well since (if you couldn’t tell) my skin is pretty dry and prone to flaking. I had such a hard time opening this because it was literally so well packaged that I had to take a minute to seriously go off camera and open it.

If you leave the bottle open overnight… the product dries up. That’s my fault though. It also smells very much like chemical mud.

This mask really helps with smoothening your face out at least for me. It’s like a mud mask and I even put it on my pimples so that the area gets dried out.

The spatula can be useless when it isn’t outright attached to the case. It gets lost and falls down the bag.

This was hydrating to my skin and easy to apply on damp skin which made even distribution of the the product easy. I have Dry and sensitive skin so this has been great for me.

I’m not familiar with pads at all so I wonder if having a tweezer addition to the product would better ensure cleanliness over time.

I’m actually in love with these pads, they’re super cooking and hydrating for my sensitive skin and I love that they’re cooling the most.
