I love this! Everytime I use this, it gives me the instant glow that my dull skin could use. After one week, I saw the difference as it has lighten some of my tiny PIH. I’d say this is the type of product you need to use for quite some time to really see the full potential&#47;effect of the product.

Has a little bit of tugging when applied. 

Tried this a couple of times and so far so good! Here are my thoughts:

Packaging: I like that they went for the environmentally friendly box. The component itself is so handy too so that’s a plus. You can bring it everywhere and re-apply everywhere.the only con for me is that since it is a bit smaller than the usual sunstick in the market, you have to really work it in with a couple of swipes when applying.

Performance & Formulation: This sunscreen has SPF 50 PA++++ which is a pretty good protection! This has mugwort and camelia and is formulated for the oily skin types. It’s marketed to be a “matte sun stick” but upon application, it’s only semi-matte and when you apply this top of skincare, you’ll still see that glow and a bit of dewyness but when applied alone, you’ll get that velvety powdery finish which I love! 

I wouldn’t say that it’s lightweight because you could really feel that there’s something in there sitting on top of your skin but compared to the usual liquidy sunscreens, this is on the lighter side. This did not break me out so that’s another plus for me! 

Overall, this is a good sunscreen and worth the try! 

I love this! It has a thick consistency but it really does the job of moisturizing the face withouteaving it greasy. 

I like how unique the texture is for a moisturizer. It kinda feels like a silicone primer but healthier? Does it makes sense? 🤣 but so far it is so gentle to the skin and very emollient which makes it a good moisturizer to use if you are on your retinol journey! 

There’s a slight fragrance but upon checking the ingredients, no fragrance is listed so im not sure where that is coming from. 

When I heard that bakuchiol is one of the key ingredients of this one, I just have to buy it quick! It’s one of my fave skincare ingredients and I think this is the first sunstick that has bakuchiol. It has a silky finish but not too oily on the skin. I also like the packaging of this one, it’s so easy to turn! Something to note though is that this has fragrance in it. But when I looked into the ingredients list, I couldn’t find any fragrance. But I swear I smell something in there. 😂 

This is the sunstick I used that’s so easy to glide. So smooth and no tugging at all. I love it.

Nothing much that will wow you except that it’s very hydrating. 

It has a thick consistency so I really like using this on days when I want my skincare routine to just be short and simple. It provides more hydration than the normal toners. I tried using this on daytime and it didn’t contribute to the oiliness. Naturally when I use hydrating toners dyring daytime, I observe my t-zone to be oilier than usual but not with this.
