If you’ve been in the skincare community for a while, you might know that gwyneth paltrow is kind of infamous for her questionable skincare tips...

In her videos, she talks about:

1. Exfoliating 3 times everyday because she’s an “exfoliating junkie”. She uses a chemical exfoliant mask from her brand that doubles as a physical scrub, then uses a hot cloth to wipe it all off.

2. Uses sunscreen like a highlighter, she puts a small dab on her finger and applies some on her nose bridge and taps the rest onto her cheeks.

And I don’t know what’s worse, apparently she does this because she’s “not a head to toe slathering sunscreen person”.

I don’t know, I guess this is kind of a rant but don’t get me wrong, although I’m not a fan of her, she’s a respected actress in the industry and that’s undeniable. I just feel disappointed that millions of people who don’t know about skincare will be watching this and believing the misinformation just because she’s a celebrity. I’ll link the videos I’m talking about below. And lastly, this is just my opinion so please respect it like I will be respecting yours:)

Edit: I forgot to mention that in her most recent video with vogue, she uses the exfoliating mask in her morning routine and follows up with a dab of sunscreen like I’ve mentioned above...

Nothing bad at all, its not that much of an exciting product but its great at doing what it promises to do.

This is a great cleanser for people who likes a simple cleansing experience. Once it lathers up the froth is really gentle and doesn’t overstrip the skin. I’ve only used this a few times but my sister who has very dry and sensitive skin uses it regularly without problems.

this product is a scentless ampoule with an extremely lightweight consistency and a soft amber tint. It spreads on the skin very elegantly and absorbs immediately with absolutely no tackiness and stickiness, no doubt the best serum&#47;ampoule texture I’ve ever had the luck of trying. The clear plastic bottle packaging is also very minimalistic and visually pleasing.

Propolis itself is a very well-rounded and beneficial ingredient:
- antioxidant
- antibacterial
- anti-inflammatory
- healing 
- soothing
- pore decongestant
- repairing agent

I believe that all skin types can benefit from this ampoule, especially those with acne-prone and sensitive skin.

🐝 personal experience
I’ve been incorporating this ampoule into my nighttime routine for a little more than 3 weeks. I use 3-4 drops and it is so hydrating, once I apply it onto my face, my skin feels supple and nourished with no residue. I’ve also seen slight but definitely noticeable improvements in my acne scars (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation), and my skin feels more healthy and has developed a nourished glow. When I look in the mirror, I feel quite happy about how my skin has cleared up, and nope I’m not exaggerating, this ampoule has truly been helpful regarding reducing petty blind pimples and overall giving me a brighter and healthier complexion:)

Note: I still have more than half of the bottle left, so I would assume this 30mL bottle will last at least 3 months

I’d say this is a product you should try at least once, an all rounder ampoule that will hydrate, soothe, repair, and strengthen your skin all in one bottle. I will definitely be purchasing another one on my own and keeping it as a backup for when my skin barrier needs rescuing haha. I’m incredibly impressed by this product and I’m so thankful that Picky and Cosrx gave my an opportunity to try it for free:)

The fragrance in this is no joke. Its so overpowering that I hesitated using it the first time, however the smell gradually disappears after a few minutes of application.

Good product, it has a thick and rich cream texture which spreads nicely on my skin. I woke up with smoother, plumper, and brightened skin.

It does have fragrance which I don’t mind since I don’t have sensitive skin and it is a cleansing treatment but it does sting a little if you get it very close to your eyes, like very close for example when removing eyeliner or mascara. However, I rarely wear makeup so its not a problem for me. Overall I think the good strongly outweighs the bad so I would say its a great product in general!

First of all what really impressed me was the rich, velvety, and smooth texture. It breaks down sunscreen and makeup well and even brings up oil plugs without having to massage it in to your skin for a long time!

Nothing bad in particular, but it comes in a thick plastic seal which was kind of difficult to tear without scissors, overall not a big deal.

Great product! It contains a lot more moisturizing and nourishing ingredients than the average lip balm, it applies thin but is really moisturizing, and was able to soothe my dry and irritated lips when even vaseline couldn’t do much. It’s pretty affodable and I love the subtle glittery beige of the packaging. I would definitely reccomend!
