Does anyone have any recommendations for cruelty-free korean brands? I was a huge fan of nature republic till I found out they are not entirely cruelty-free (they sell their products in mainland China)

Is microneedling worth it? I have years of pih acne marks and I have a darker skin tone. I have been using tranexamic acid and niacinamide for a month now and some of my marks are fading but like I said, there’s 5+ old acne marks beneath the surface. I would really like to have a blemish-free face. Should I invest in microneedling appointments?

I’m getting into skincare and I realized that my legs are WAYYY lighter than my forearms, face, and neck due to years of sun exposure. Do you think I can gets both to be the same shade? It’s so awkward when I wear a dress because of my uneven skin tone.

*this is no way an insult to any skin tone. I have darker skin myself and I am NOT ashamed of it. I just want my body to all be one tone, whether it’s darker or lighter.

It helped me reduce my period acne after one use! Those pesky things usually stick around for a week but now, they’re gone! The centella asiatica is a gentle yet effective ingredient.  I did feel a slight tingle when I applied it but the results were worth it. I have a larger face and this mask fit it almost perfectly, without overlapping my baby hairs or getting in my mouth. The formula was gentle yet showed results quickly. Quite expensive for me but otherwise, great product!

I wish the instructions were more clear about how long to keep the product on for and how to remove it. I had to do additional research to find out that the textured side of the sleeve was meant for removal. Also, I only received one pad. Therefore, I can only judge the quality of the product after one use. It would’ve been more helpful to receive two or three pads to see how effective this product was after one week of usage. This product was good for removing oil and whiteheads off of the face but don’t expect a dramatic change in appearance after one use.

I received 1 pad as a part of the skincare trial kit. Very gentle chemical exfoliator. Nice fragrance and has an innovative sleeve pad for easy application. One side has soft bubble-pattern for application. Other side is rough woven pattern for easy cleanup and physical exfoliation.

I felt intense tingling as soon as I put on the product. It felt like a mild burn, which scared the heck out of me as a first time user. Luckily, I did not get any chemical burns as a result of this.

This product was amazing for me! I have combination skin. I bought this product and received a free pore-tightening toner. It has a fruity smell and fluffy consistency, which added to the spa effect. This product started tingling intensely as soon as I put it on. I would be cautious of that for first time users but, after five minutes and easy removal, my pores were nonexistent! This is definitely my new go-to weekly facial!

This got rid of 5 year, stubborn chin closed comedones and you der-eye milia with one use!!! And for mysister, it decreased her custic acne by 75%!!!
