Did they reformulate the CosRX One Step Original Clear Pad? I’m aware they rebranded and changed their packaging recently, but I couldn’t find any info on their website.

I used this product back in 2017 but recently received it as a gift so it’s back in my routine. This somehow feels nicer than I remember, and I feel like the pad itself has improved in quality although decreased in size. Would anyone know for sure?

Although checking the currents ingredients list vs blogs from 2017, it doesn’t seem to be unchanged.

- Takes about 20-25 minutes to fully dry
- Becomes creamy again with water contact and takes time to wash off (a full 5 mins, but a bit faster with my pore cleansing pad)
- Does not come with a spatula

+ Effective at removing impurities
+ Truly minimizes the look of pores!
+ Is non-stripping and non-drying
+ Skin feels soft and fresh after washing without any tightness or dryness
+ Applies easily, feels cool on the skin, and has a pleasant matcha scent (it honestly feels like spreading green tea ice cream on my face 😋)
+ Does not break me out
* It’s not a one-wash miracle. You’ll have to consistently use it to get better results.
* Doesn’t really seem to regulate sebum production or improve dullness.
* Pricing feels fair and I do see them host discounts quite often!

That said, this ampoule leaves me wanting more. This might be enough for you if your only issue is dryness, but my main concerns are eliminating acne and PIH. In terms of moisturizing, I also prefer the other ampoules in my collection over this.

This is a viscous hydrating ampoule that dries down to a healthy looking matte finish. I use 4 drops of this day and night and it leaves my skin smoother and feeling more nourished. It’s scentless, isn’t sticky, and is absorbed by my skin quickly. It fortunately doesn’t break me out and I can see it working for all skin types.

STILL, I’d appreciate if this was in a tube instead so you can control the amount per use and to lessen plastic waste.

Indeed, this mask does as claimed and works well in removing dirt and blackheads from the skin. It’s creamy and is easy to spread out, and dries and tightens just a tiny bit after 15 mins. The mask is easy to wash off and doesn’t feel at all stripping. Heck, I’d go so far as to say that this feels calming and hydrating for a mud mask!

Each box contains 8 x 15g mud packs and a plastic brush applicator. I applied this liberally on my face and still, there was a generous amount left on the pack. I’d say that a sachet is good for 2 uses, or for sharing between 2 people for an at-home spa bonding. 🧖🏼‍♀️ So it comes down to about Php 38.5 per use which isn’t so bad.

The gritty powdery texture ain’t the best.

This is a great skin brightener. It lightens dark spots and gives your skin a boost of radiance. It’s pretty cheap too!

This is such a fussy product. It stings, it pills, it feels too powdery when applied.

This is a great texture buster. Any sort of bumps and clogs, this deals with efficiently.
