Lipohydroxy acid (LHA) is a derivative of salicylic acid. This is a new generation that is absolutely non-traumatic, non-irritating to the skin, and works the same as BHA, but a little slower. As a proof, I provide a photo before use and taken today. Maybe someone will find the results especially noticeable, but these are rather old (they are about two years old) stagnant spots-scars and I am glad that they dissolve.

I did not notice the effect on the sebaceous gland.
