Not many that I can think of, however I do want to preface that I do not recommend using this serum if you are under the age of 18 unless using it for acne purposes (such as really bad hormonal acne) as this product IS an anti-aging product, so if you use it too early, aging has a possibility of coming SOONER than you think. Since I am only 18, I try not to use this serum too often, as I do not want to have early signs of aging, so I only use it here and there for my acne! 😊

This is a great Retinol serum for those with sensitive skin!

So far the ingredients seem great and they claim to be free of common allergens, sulfates and parabens, artificial colors, and harsh alcohols! ✨️

As someone with sensitive skin that is definitely a plus! I like how they keep us in mind! 💗

But also, this serum is great for dry skin as well! It contains a moisture retaining ingredient called tocopherol! So you know that your skin will still look and feel hydrated! 💧

I also took note of how the product gives me a really nice glass skin effect, as it soaks into my skin nicely! 🌸 It didn't just sit on top of my skin and 'act' like glass skin, it actually gave me glass skin! 🫢

I really like how lightweight this serum is, so I'll definitely repurchase if I ever run out. If I could use it daily, I would. 

(Retinol should not be used every day, it is to be used only 2-3 times a week, spread out, and only during the night time to avoid sun exposure!)

I do smell a slight fragrance, which some may be sensitive to so keep that in mind. Also, I really don't recommend for people under the age of 18 as retinol can damage the skin if used incorrectly, if you are under 18, please use properly and hopefully it's for acne reasons and not wrinkles because you are beautiful and don't need to be treating wrinkles younger than 18 (hot take but I'm being honest here)

I think this product is great for retinol beginners or people who want to do retinol but have sensitive skin. I saw pretty big results in only a week (not using any other actives except for this one)💐 I'll definitely continue the use of this as I struggle with hormonal acne. 

Obviously big results take a lot of time so I don't expect my skin to be perfect and I do expect some purging to occur later sadly

Fragrance : does have light fragrance, it smells great, but I know a lot of people react to fragrance, so if you do, don't buy this. I personally like the smell, it smells a little floral and clean.

Consistency : Very light and soft, almost powdery, I guess that's where the word cotton comes in. Feels very airy, doesn't feel like I have it on, which is always a plus

Results : I definitely think it helps even your skin and brighten. It helps get rid of any unwanted yellow tones from dull skin complexions or just anyone who wants to get rid of the yellow in their skin. Makes your skin very glowy and look hydrated but without the greasy feel. I usually don't like the way tone ups dry out my skin so I'm glad to say that this one doesn't dry matte. 

It does sort of make your dry lip patches stand out so I recommend exfoliating the lips first.

I love it for being so velvety, not too matte and drying. It goes on very smooth and I am able to use it as lipstick, blush, and eyeshadow on days I want to be lazy!

I think the only downside that I noticed was when my skin barrier was damaged (not from the product). I was using a lot of acne treatments and over cleansing, which in turn, ruined my skin barrier, so when I'd use this, it would tingle my nostril area. 
Other than this, I don't have any downsides :)

Consistency : Incredibly light an thin! Resembles the consistency of water which is amazing because I don't like thick, and heavy toners. 

Scent : Very light fragrance, I actually don't even notice it when I use it. 

Results : Made my skin look and feel way more hydrating, did great at cleansing my skin in the morning with a cotton pad. I wouldn't say it changed my skin completely but it definitely helped make my skin feel more hydrated and prepped better for the remaining skincare. 

(FYI just emptied the bottle, when I run out of my other toner I will be repurchasing this!)
