Do I use this glycolic renewing serum after I wash my face . Use before serums or moisturizers?

The past few months I have started taking my skincare seriously.  I've read alot about anti aging...wrinkles...making my skin glow
 So I'm going lay out my routine but am not sure when to use the glycolic renewing serum I have. Ok first wash my face then a vitamin c serum then just got the inkey caffeine eye cream then moisturizer then retinol.  Still have to find a good hyloronic cream as well. Any suggestions I would love to hear as well as when do I use the glycolic renewing serum?!
