I would say the smell isn't that pleasant, although it's better than bad ingredients to make it smell nice ^^ 

I don't really have spots on my butt, my skin there is a bit thick though. I used it as a moisturizer and it made my skin softer like a rich moisturizer. I like it! :D
Otherwise I can not say if it helps for the spots as I don't have any. 
The packaging is simple and nice.

Not a big fan of the smell. Otherwise everything is good! 

I like the texture. It's really creamy and makes a kind of foam when I rub the product in my hands. It cleans well at the first cleansing (for some cleansers I have to clean twice!), which is really cool!
I do have hormonal acne, my chin and forehead have black heads. I used this product for less than 10 days and I felt like my skin texture was a bit better? Although the acne didn't disappear (as no miracle exists...) I will have to use it more to see real result :D
