hi girls ,i am 15 years old and i have pcos and my doctor gave me spiralactone but I struggle a lot with acnee and i don t really know if i have a good routine!
some tips please
my am routine is washing my face with bioderma sensibio gel moussant ,after that i aply acid hyaluronic revox and sunscreen la roche posay 50
And in the pm i use salicylic acid cleanser ,niacinamide and thats it

In the am i cleanse my face with cerave sa,after that i use the vichy toner purete thermale,after collagen bha+aha moisturizer revox,after that sunscreen dermadic
At pm i do double cleansing with cerave sa and micellae water dermadic,toner,bioderma sensibio ar anti radness care moisturizer
