I’m looking for a new vitamin C serum. I’ve already tried this one from Jumiso with 5.5% of Ascorbic Acid. It was very effective, however it oxidized even though I store it in the fridge. Do you have any other product I can try?

Hi picky people! I’ve always used a Garnier’s micellar water to remove makeup and then a foaming cleanser, but I’ve never tried an oil cleanser. Today I want to ask you what do you prefer between micellar water and an oil cleanser! What do you use? What’s the difference between these two? Have you got any suggestions on an oil cleanser that you enjoy?

The 10% can be a bit high for very sensitive skin, so first try it out on a small patch of skin!
I suggest using just a few drops since it can foam up if it’s too much or pill. Also make sure to apply it on dry skin!
I don’t recommend it for dry skin!

🐚 Main ingredients: 10% Niacinamide, 1% Zinc
🐚 Texture: it’s a bit sticky, but spreads well
🐚 Price: €9.90 for 30ml at Sephora, even less on other websites
🐚 Use: 1-2 times a day
🐚 My experience: I’ve used it every morning since December and it has really made a change! This was the product that regulated my sebum production, now I’m not oily anymore. It has also faded my acne marks, minimizes my pores and it leaves the skin really smooth. I want to try other serums with niacinamide, but I know I can always go back to this! 
‼️I tried the Tiam B3 serum, and I much prefer the ordinary one, the tiam one is too oily for my liking.

☀️ Main ingredients: niacinamide, ceramide, chemical UV filters (homosalate and octocrylene for UVB, avobenzone for UVA)
☀️ Texture: it’s a bit of a heavy cream, not so easy to spread 
☀️ Price: €15.45 on lookfantastic, but there’re always discounts 
☀️ Smell: fragrance free!
☀️ My experience: I waited a lot to review this one because I had mixed feelings ahahah. 
To achieve the best results with this product I have to apply a small amount of it and spread it slowly, otherwise it will peel. 
It doesn’t leave a white cast and the shiny finish is subtle, however my skin often (not always though, perhaps it’s because of my unpredictable combination skin ahaha) looks shinier after some hours even if I’m not in direct contact with sun rays and I’m not sweating. 
Obviously SPF25 is not enough if you stay outside for few hours and the fact that I have to apply a small amount of it so it doesn’t peel makes the UV protection even lower. 
☀️ Conclusion: I think people with dry skin living in areas with a low UV filter or who plan to stay inside can give it a try, however there are a lot of great sunscreens with a higher protection for the same price!

🍃 Texture: lightweight, runny and watery
🍃 Price: I bought it on discount for 20€ on yesstyle
🍃 Smell: fragrance free, it doesn’t smell like anything
🍃 Claims: repairs damaged skin + soothes + regulates moisture and oil-balance + streghtens skin-barrier
🍃 My experience: the packaging is really luxury with very few words and made of glass. I like the fact that the dropper is very long and can’t fall from the ampoule when open.
I use just 2-3 drops for all my face so the product lasts forever, I’ve used it every night for a few months and I haven’t even reached half bottle. 
My skin is sensitive, but I haven’t noticed any irritation, so it’s really for all skin types!
It spreads and absorbs easily and gives glow to the skin, but it’s a bit sticky and sometimes the skin can feel a bit tight. 
I did see the soothing effect especially on redness and active pimples and it does streghten the skin barrier. However it isn’t really moisturizing. I would have liked a more noticeable effect for a 100% extract, but perhaps I need to finish the bottle to notice some more effect.   
Right now I wouldn’t repurchase this product because there are a lot of products with centella out there, however I will update this review once I’ll finish all the ampoule!
So I would give 3.75/5 stars!

Not effective! It doesn’t reduce pigmentation and isn’t hydrating enough. 
I would recommend it to people with just puffy eyes and not dark circles or dry under eyes.

☕️ My experience: I have blueish under eyes and I’ve used this product for several weeks twice a day. It wasn’t irritating but I didn’t see any results. It does moisturise the skin but only temporary. My dark circles are exactly the same as before. Won’t repurchase, I haven’t even finished it!

I received this product for free from Picky and Mixsoon in exchange for my honest review.
I waited some time to write this review trying to like this product, but unfortunately it isn’t for me.
I know it can be used it 2 ways: to exfoliate and to hydrate.
If used for hydration, I don’t like the texture, it’s a bit slimy like the cosrx snail essence, but that one absorbs well into the skin, this one leaves a film on my skin that I don’t really appreciate.
For exfoliating, I tried to massage my skin in circular motions and then used a toner pad to remove the pilling, but no matter how long I tried to remove all the products, some pilling remained. So the only way for me to use this product is as an exfoliator, after washing my face and then rinsing it with water. 
Then the smell is not really so appealing for me, but this is very personal. 
My mum on the other hand, really like this products, it’s one of her favourites.
