Hi! I’ve been scouting for facial sunscreens in the PH that don’t leave a white cast or have an overwhelming smell. Sunscreen is super important even if you’re just staying at home.

I stopped using the Nivea Water Gel SPF 50/PA because I got a really bad reaction of contact dermatitis after using it 😔 first time it happened and I don’t really have breakouts that much or sensitive to skin products, kinda freaked me out ngl 😂 any suggestions? Thanks!

Your holy grail sunscreen?

In my experience, none at all. Although, I don’t recommend this for oily skin types since it leaves a residue the morning after. I also don’t recommend using this with any Vit. C serums you have since it will counter and clash with this product in terms of ingredients.

I can’t tell you how much I love this. I use this in my night routine and I wake up looking like I had a spa facial the night before with no fail (I usually had taut and dull skin before using). I have a full, round face and 1-2 drops go a long way. A little on the pricey side but it cleared and made me a skip on a few items on my night regime!

I’m not so sure about the moisturizing part. With it’s price tag, I think you’re better off with Nivea’s lip treatment balms. I made the mistake of using this on my windburn thinking it would work, but I just felt a tingly, irritating feeling followed by even more redness :( it’s cute for aesthetic reasons and dewy make up looks, period.

It gives off a sheer but buildable color, it slightly plumped my lips. Perfect for a dewy, “no makeup” makeup look.

The pump gets jammed from time to time so you have to twist to get the right angle that it won’t “clog”. Otherwise, a good product!

It helped clear out my mild contact dermatitis from a sunscreen mishap! No strong smells, just like skincare should be. It goes well as my second cleanser as I double-cleanse with the Cerave renewing SA cleanser. My lil brother (14) uses the same product to treat is inevitable, puberty-stage acne.

Nothing bad about it so far, hope it stays that way!

I used this to clear up my mild contact dermatits! Smoothed and cleared out my face in just a few days. I was so relieved because the rest of my cleansers would sting so bad, definitely recommend this one!! It goes well with double-cleansing :)

I loove this. I use it to prime&#47;prep my skin before putting on my make up, I use it to dampen my brushes, I use it for hydrating throughout the day since I live in a very humid country. It’s a glorified spritz of water, but is it going to stop me from buying cans of it? No 😂 It helped tone down the itchiness from my mild contact dermatitis as well since I couldn’t use my other facial sprays.
