Hi, I'm a newbie here. I just want to ask some of you who can recommend supplements that you have personally tried and can vouch for its effectiveness, especially for the skin. I want to broaden my search for effective supplements for my skin. Not a fan of glutathione so much. I just want to maintain my skin now or improve it more, as I am getting older 😅. I'm turning 35 this May 🙂 thanks in advance!

Supplements best for mid-thirties

It takes some time before it gets fully absorbed by the skin, about 1 hour, more or less? So I suggest applying this 1 hour before sleeping so that the product will not stick on your pillow..

I bought this together with Cosrx snail essence. I use this after applying the essence, every night. I can say that this has smoothened my skin texture and gave me a healthy glow every morning. I also put this in the fridge so that every time I use this at night, it would be cool to the skin. I have been using this for almost 3 months already and the bottle is still half full. Worth the price ✨✨✨

One thing I could say that is not good about this is that when you apply this on a hot day, it tends to be sticky at first coz your face perspires, so I apply this only at night.

My first time to try this snail essence and I never regretted it! I have oily&#47;combination skin so I tried this so it can balance out the oiliness. After application, it will be absorbed by my skin after say 20mins and I can see the radiance on my face. I top this with Cosrx Snail Cream at night before going to sleep. And when I wake up in the morning, my face is smooth and glowing 🥰✨

I guess I can barely see the effects yet? Maybe because I use this alternately with other body washes when Im done with a bottle. But I still buy this nonetheless.

Aside from the smoothing effects of this body wash, I like the fresh scent too. Although there are better body washes out there when it comes to lasting effects on my skin (like Kojie San Body Wash), I like bathing in this coz it&#39;s foamy.

So I am still halfway thru my bottle now. I used this everynight for 1 straight week, but I dunno, I don&#39;t see drastic changes on my pores and my blackheads. Also, my whiteheads are still there after washing with this. Is it because it only targets blackheads? Not so sure but the promised effects are not too good. Maybe others can give it a try, but for me, I will just finish this bottle and not repurchase. Quite pricey too.

I got to purchase one online and verified it&#39;s authenticity via Hiddentag App. It smells minty and fresh, it feels cool when applied. After a few seconds, you will notice the formation of foams. I applied this on my dry (but tired and oily) face as per instructions. After foaming and leaving it for 5 mins, I washed it with lukewarm water. It feels clean, but a bit drying after 10mins or so.
