Hello! Do you guys have a great cleansing oil recommendation? I use the two-step cleansing method. I usually use a cleansing balm and then a hydrating facial cleanser but I’ve been seeing a lot of cleansing oils lately and I’ve become more interested in them! I would prefer K-beauty or J-beauty cleansing oils that are without fragrance and emulsify easily leaving no residue. Please let me know what your favorite cleansing oils are!

I’ve seen a lot of new products coming out with urea. I was wondering what the benefits of urea are and how I can integrate it into my skin care routine for fall and winter time.

UREA: What is it good for? 🧐

This heavy cream might be too much for oily skin people. It is very occlusive and moisturizing which is great if you want that, but not if you don’t. 

Illiyoon’s ceramide aro concentrate cream is a thick moisturizer intended to protect and support a strong skin barrier. It’s perfect for the fall and winter time. Also, its great as a night cream because it’s occlusive and also moisturizing. The cream has small little balls in it, which are the ceramides. Once you rub the lotion onto the skin, these balls melt. It’s fragrance free too! Definitely a holy grail skin care product. 

Since this moisturizer is so packed with ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, it might leave a greasy feeling on your skin depending on what skin type you have. I say for oily skin, one pump of product is enough. Two pumps is enough for combination skin. For dry to extreamly dry skin, three pumps is great. 

Stratia Liquid Gold is packed full of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids which help strengthen and protect your skin care barrier. Its bright yellow color comes from seabuckthorn oil which is great for your skin barrier. I love how emollient and moisturizing this product is. It’s not a heavy cream but a light moisturizer. 

This essence/toner is fragrance free and is very light weight. It is a liquidy toner that soothes and hydrates troubled and irritated skin. Its star ingredient, Centella, does a great job soothing your skin.  I would definitely repurchase this toner again. 

I have really dry undereyes that can itch so bad, especially in the winter. I never really cared for any eye creams until I discovered this one. It’s so thick and balmy and it hydrates and protects the undereyes so well. It’s really my HG eye cream at this point. Even though it’s thick, it absorbs well underneath the under eyes. It’s not greasy or oily. If you are in the market for an eye cream. Please check this one out. It’s really great!

I received this from Skin1004 and Picky in exchange for my honest opinion ✨ first off - if you have oily skin and large pores, this is amazing. The serum is hydrating but not sticky. It leaves my skin plump and ready for my next skin care product. I’m such a huge fan of Skin1004 and I can’t wait to try more of their products. I think any skin type can use this and see benefite.
