☀Basically, ultraviolet (UV) rays are divided into three different bands: UVA, UVB, and UVC. The good news is that almost all UVC radiation is filtered by the atmosphere so that none of the rays reach the surface of the earth.

☀The next good news, is that UVB rays can't pass through glass, so there's no risk of sunburn while you're sitting in the car or by the window. But the bad news is that UVA rays can pass through windows. Regular glass does not protect skin from UVA damage, so sitting in a car or next to a window will still be exposed to daylight without any protection.

☀Moreover, sunlight is not the only source of UV rays, but light from many indoor lights such as fluorescent lamps, computer screens, phones... can also produce UV rays. Skin exposed to these types of UV light will appear premature aging, skin discoloration, dryness, peeling, weakened immune system and skin cancer.

☀So still have to use sunscreen when you are at home, there are some options as follows:

My moisturizer is running low, and I'm looking for a new one.

I did some research and came across some contrariwise reviews about these products from previous users. Some said it's really great, others fell it's downright ordinary.

So if anyone here has used one of these products, can you give me your honest review? And second, can you recommend me your holy grail moisturizer?

Help Me Find the Right Moisturizer

There are some common questions about washing and removing makeup, as well as some basic mistakes that make your skin weaker and look worse. In this article I want to discuss how to properly wash your face and remove makeup that can help improve your skin.


💦Question 1: How long is enough to wash your face?
     The answer is from 1-2 minutes.
     No matter how thick makeup you are, you should only use a maximum of 2 cotton pads to clean the entire face. It should also be noted that do not leave the cleansing oil on the face for more than 2 minutes, because the substances in it can penetrate back into your skin.
     After using micellar water/cleansing oil, you just need to wash your face with cleanser for a period of 30 seconds to 1 minute is enough.


💦Question 2: Is it okay to wash your face with water only in the morning?
     The answer is depends on the type of skin you have.
     If you have oily skin, waking up after a night can leaves your face oily and uncomfortable, so a gentle cleanser at this time will remove the oil as well as dead cells on your skin.
     But if you have dry or normal skin, you may not wash your face with cleanser, instead warm water.


💦Question 3: Is that true that oily skin shouldn't use cleansing oil?
     The answer is that cleansing oil can be used safely on oily skin.
     There are some of you guys are afraid that using cleansing oil can make oily skin more acne-prone.
     However, the truth is that cleansing oil are better at cleaning than micellar water, especially with makeup products that are waterproof or too matte for a long time. Not to mention that modern cleansing oil may also contain some good oils such as jojoba oil, argan oil...etc. So if we use cleansing oil with enough frequency, about 2-3 times a week, it even helps our skin regulate sebum.


💦Question 4: Do not wear makeup/sunscreen still have to use both micellar water and cleanser?
     The answer is using only cleanser is enough.
     In essence, cleanser less cleansing than cleansing oil and micellar water. However, it is still completely enough to remove excess oil as well as dirt from the surface of your skin. And it is recommended that you should use acid toners to optimize cleansing.

💦Question 7: Is it cleaner to wash your face with a facial cleansing brushes?
     The answer is 50/50.
     If you've ever heard the saying that you get what you pay for, it applies very well in this case. Are You Washing Your Face Properly?

According to my research, treatment products such as vitamin C, retinol, peptide, niacinamide...etc are very easy to cause breakout.

So can you give me some advice on using these products? At what age should these products be used? Could I incorporate them in my skincare routine? And how can irritation be minimized?

Btw, I have oily combination skin.

Treatment Products

This product is pretty innocuous, my skin condition has improved only a little.

I have no bad experiences with this product.
I have been using this essence for over two months now.
My skin is a mixture of natural oils, the feeling when using it is that the skin in the T-zone is less rough. 
I also use it in place of my moisturizer in the morning to avoid my skin secrete too much oil.

Nothing.
This product is of course not very good, but it does well for the price range.

I don&#39;t ask for much with the cleanser, because whatever you say, this type of product only stays on our face for about two minutes, so we can&#39;t ask for more.
So in terms of criteria: Clean enough, do not dry the skin, this product has fulfilled those two of my requirements very well.

For a hydrating toner, I think it&#39;s done its job well.

Moisturizes very well, soothes the skin gently... My T-zone used to be quite rough, but after using this product there was an improvement.

I have no complaints about it, except that the effect of this ampoule is a bit slow on my skin (after about 1-2 weeks). Besides, this product&#39;s using potassium benzoate preservatives. According to my knowledge, this is slightly weak preservation, so after opened you should quickly use up this ampoule in 2-3 months.

* One last note, that&#39;s Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica is a product which only works to restore, reduce irritation,  and soothe acne... but absolutely no other use. So according to the feeling of a consumer like me, if the Skin1004 brand can add to the ingredient list some treatment such as niacinamide, HA...etc, then this product may be more attractive and loved in the beauty community.

SKIN1004 MADAGASCAR CENTELLA ASIATICA

- About the packaging:
The product has a luxurious design with a transparent glass bottle body. The pump head is intelligently designed for easy-to-take ampoule and waste-free.

- About texture:
The product has a gold color with a rather liquid texture. Lighter than serum but still a bit thicker than toner, and completely non-sticky when applied to the skin.
