[ [ My Experience ] ] — It feels like it forms a hydrating and moisturizing, protective layer over your skin. Most serums seem to soak in then be gone. But you can feel the softness and smoothness on your face from this serum. And for anything you apply after, it feels really nice with how soft your skin feels from this serum. I have sensitive skin with redness, so this serum has been great for me and my skin barrier. I definitely recommend it!! I love this line of products. [ My Experience ] At first I was upset with how much I loved this, because I saw it was $20 and that’s out of my budget for a cleansing water. But then I saw it’s $13 on stylevana!!!! Stylevana always has the best deals! But this isn’t about stylevana 😂 it’s about picky and the skin house !! I was upset thinking once this ran out I wouldn’t be able to purchase again, but I’m soooo happy to have found it for a more affordable price!!! I’ve been using Garnier Micellar water every night, when this ran out I wanted to try something else. I was going to try Bioderma, but I’m obsessed with this!!!! I’m so happy to have found a cleansing water that I love. I have sensitive, acne prone skin, which is why I was looking for something else, and this rice water is perfect. I’m really obsessed with rice in skincare, so this couldn’t be more perfect. Also, I cannot believe how much dirt and oil this gets off. I wash my face every day, and still by the next day, the cotton pad is dark from how much it’s gotten off my face! I can see it’s getting more more than the Garnier Micellar water was. This rice cleansing water is good for makeup and sunscreen too! You can feel it hydrating your skin instead of stripping it like some of these products can. And my skin has been looking amazing with no issues!! 🍓MadeCera Cream Double Essence Toner 🍓 aka the strawberry milk toner • (I was sent from Picky + MadeCera for my honest review.) 🍰🥛🍓 This has become a staple in my daily skin care routine!! 🍓🥛🍰 A lot of toners that are advertised as hydrating toners, also include AHA’s and BHA’s (exfoliating ingredients) that can be harsh on your skin. Every time I receive a hydrating toner I’m so excited, only to read the ingredients and see it has hydrating ingredients, but also ingredients for chemical exfoliation. This can be too much for my sensitive skin. So I was so glad to receive this toner that is so hydrating and actually just hydrating!!! I’ve seen quite a few people have the same experience as me, which is that your skin is noticeably different after using it! Layering skin care is the best way to have hydrated skin, so a hydrating toner like this is important! When I first started my skin care journey a year ago, I just wanted to try everything. I received more products than I could ever use. But I wanted to try as many as I could! But my skin was looking worse and worse. Then, this summer I’ve stuck to only hydrating ingredients, with a retinol and vitamin c very rarely. This has made my skin look the best it ever has!!! I was getting red irritation spots that I thought were breakouts, so I was using more products! Which in turn made things worse! It’s all about finding what works for your skin. But hydration is for everyone!! The essence has a strawberry, creamy, milky look. It’s a little more watery than essences and toners I’m used to, I like to apply it with my hands but the consistency makes it a bit hard. It soaks into skin very well. Super hydrating, soothing, and nourishing. It’s a great preparation for the next step of skin care. Makes skin look radiant, glowy and healthy, and feel soft. Belif The True Cream-Aqua Bomb is one of my favorite nighttime cream that I don’t want to skip in my skincare routine. It’s the best cream for its deep and intense skin’s quenching moisturizing affect, especially for those with dry and sensitive skin. I love the soothing and calming essence of the cream. It’s a very rich and nourishing cream that I feel is a bit too heavy for my combination skin and that’s the reason why I preferred to use this cream during my nighttime routine. The cream has a beautiful thickness consistency, and you don’t really need a lot of it each time. My skin looks and feels so smooth and soft with a long-lasting soothing and hydrating throughout the night. Waking up in the morning with a well nourished and supple skin is absolutely rewarding.
