The Product: COSRX Advanced Snail 96% Mucin Power Essence is, as the name says, made out of 96% Snail Secretion Filtrate, aka mucin. I think it's fair to say that this is probably the Holy Grail of snail mucin products. It is super hydrating, soothing, and has anti-aging benefits, such as reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Snail mucin naturally contains hyaluronic acid and glycolic acid, which are responsible for the hydrating and anti-aging benefits, and it also helps repair and protect the skin barrier, soothe and reduce inflammation, and increase collagen production. This product is also cruelty-free. My Experience: I applied the essence after cleansing and toning, and before serum. The texture is very viscous and slimy which takes some getting used to, but it sinks into skin quickly and feels soothing and hydrating immediately after applying. A little goes a long way, so 1-2 pumps was enough for me. I've been using it for several weeks, and have noticed both short-term and long-term effects. Immediately after each use my skin feels incredibly soothed and hydrated, which lasts all day. I also notice that my skin is visibly plumper, my fine lines and wrinkles are reduced, and my skin is soft and smooth, resulting in the glass skin look. After using for several weeks, I have also noticed that my skin looks brighter and firmer, my skin elasticity has improved, and the texture of my skin is much smoother.

I received Mixsoon Bean Essence from Picky and Mixsoon in exchange for my honest review. I was really excited to try this product, because I have been hearing great things about it, and it did not disappoint! The best and most unique feature about this product is that it acts as both an essence and an exfoliator. I decided to try it as an exfoliator first, so after cleansing my skin, I massaged the bean essence onto my skin in circular motions until dead skin began pilling up, which I then rinsed off. It left my skin looking bright and refreshed, and it also felt smooth and hydrated. Using it as an exfoliator didn't leave my skin feeling dry like most exfoliators, and actually felt more moisturized. I also tried using it as an essence, so I applied it after toner by gently tapping it into my skin, and it felt amazing! It is super hydrated, and left my skin looking glowy and revitalized. I love the duality of this essence, and I'm amazed at how well it works for both uses! I highly recommend trying Mixsoon Bean Essence, and I definitely plan to continue purchasing myself.

AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner from Some By Mi is great for all skin types, especially oily or acne-prone skin, because it contains ingredients such as niacinamide, Witch Hazel, tea tree water extract, and papaya extract which are great for clearing congested skin, balancing excess oil, and shrinking pores. It's also actually a dual purpose product that's both a toner and an exfoliant, thanks to the AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids), BHAs (beta hydroxy acids), and PHAs (poly hydroxy acids) which are chemical exfoliants that gently dissolve dead skin cells without damaging your skin barrier. I saw a noticable difference in my skin after just one use. My skin has been a little congested lately (the combination of cold weather, dry air, and furnaces has the tendency to do that), but after the first use my skin was noticably clearer and smoother, and my pores were less noticable. I think this will be a great toner to have on hand for winter months, during hormonal acne outbreaks, etc. My skin is normal-to-dry though, so I feel like daily use might dry my skin a little.

I am really impressed on how this basic toner immediately re-set my skin. I was suffering from a damaged skin barrier, and it did its wonders to soothe and hydrate my skin! I have also observed that it: - Lessened my redness - T-zone less oily - Soothe my breakouts - prevented my pimples to form PIH Texture wise, it's watery, but once you've applied to your skin you'll have that "slip" feel I really recommend this if your skin is sensitized from using a lot of actives, or if you have a damaged skin barrier!

Bought because of one of the videos I saw on FB, about his review (with video) works well for him. I don't actually know that this was/is a hype, I just wanted something for my blackheads, especially on my T-zone. The product comes with a pump for convenience purpose (i guess, but not for me) It has mint scent and has cooling effect. It leaves my skin so cold. I was so excited to use this because of its bubble effect. The thick gel based cleanser turns into bubbles seconds after I applied it on my face. (Amazeeed) I waited for about 4minutes then massaged the bubbles on my face with slight water then rinse it thoroughly for 1 minute. I saw that my pores are actually cleaned! And was so happy with my first try with this cleanser.

The Product: ANUA Peach 70 Niacin Serum is a lightweight serum containing 70.2% Prunus Persica (Peach) Fruit Extract, 5% Niacinamide, and other skin-loving ingredients like Lactobacillus Ferment, Alpha-Arbutin, Safflower Seed Oil, Turmeric Root Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Linoleic Acid, Ceramides, and many more. My Expectations: I chose to try this serum for it's claims to lighten dark spots and even out skin tone. I also chose it for its mostly natural ingredients, sustainable packaging, and because I love the ANUA brand. My skin tends to react well to niacinamide, so I like the relatively high 5% concentration level of niacinamide as well. My Experience: I absolutely love this serum! It is lightweight yet very hydrating, and doesnt feel greasy or sticky. It gives my skin a glass skin look, which I love. I also saw a noticable difference in my dark spots and skin tone after just a few uses. There is a subtle Peach fragrance, but it's very light and dissipates quickly. My skin loves this serum and responds really well to it, so I definitely plan to continue purchasing it.
