It also uses 3 types of hyaluronic acid and lactobacillus for long-lasting moisture! My review: This mask came with its own applicator, which makes it easy to apply on my face. It has a smooth texture with a pleasant scent. It dries down into a very thin film which is super easy to peel off. ✔️ Skin looks radiant after 1 use ✔️ Skin feels more elastic ✔️ Condition of my pores are really good after a week with smaller appearance than usual (I have oily skin btw!) ✔️ Hydrating - I definitely didn’t need another layer of moisturiser after I really like this product as it’s effective and helps with my overall skin condition. 🌱 Vegan Kombucha Essence I don’t think I’ve read a single BAD review of this product. I’ve been using this since it first released and it will forever be a part of my stash. It’s packed with 78% Vegan Tea Complex, saccharomyces ferment filtrate, sunflower seed oil, and sodium hyaluronate. It’s a beautiful bi-phase that resembles milky tea. Can be used as a toner, essence, or moisturizing mask. It’s super nourishing and hydrating. My skin drinks this stuff up! I absolutely love it! You can even use this as your moisturizer (for some people) if you prefer a lightweight layer. I personally prefer to use 2-3 layers in my nighttime routine. I seriously don’t have the words to express my love for this product!

First of all the packaging is so pretty 😍 Unlike lightweight essences, this one has a thicker consistency. When placed in my hands, it doesn’t run or move like water. Instead, it stays put, which I appreciate because I feels like it’s delivering more nourishment to my skin. Despite the thicker texture, it applies smoothly and absorbs well, without feeling heavy or greasy. I also love the formula itself packed with black rice, probiotics, and other natural ingredients. These components give my skin a soothing effect, especially when I experience redness or irritation.  I went on a trip where I started using this essence, the country I visited had a hot and dry climate, and it really helped me maintain hydration.  Overall, the Haruharu Black Rice Probiotics Barrier Essence is an excellent choice if you’re looking for something that offers a bit more than a lightweight essence. It’s ideal for those who want deep hydration, barrier protection, and a nourishing formula that will leave your skin looking smoother and healthier. It has definitely earned its place in my skincare routine 💕

Texture and Scent (4.5/5) – This cleanser has a thick gel texture that foams up surprisingly well. Compared to the other gel cleansers that I have tried, I have to say that this one gives the best cleansing experience due to its ability to produce a lot of bubbles, yet still very gentle on the skin. Minus 0.5 points because I wish that this cleanser has a more obvious scent? I know that this might sound weird, but with the presence of the EO in this, I was expecting some pleasant smell, which is something that I do not mind in the cleansing step. Price and Packaging (5/5) – I bought this at only S$30 from Shopee (official store) for two which was super affordable for a huge 150ml product. For my non-Singaporean friends, you can purchase this from Olive Young at US$15-17. Performance (5/5) – It is a great gentle cleanser that performs its job well without any stripping feeling. My skin feels really nice and somewhat hydrated after washing my face with this cleanser. Their website states that this cleanser can remove makeup as well, but do note that I do not use this cleanser to remove my makeup, and I always recommend double cleansing for makeup removal. Overall experience (4.8/5) – I love this cleanser, what else can I say? I dare say that now I prefer this cleanser over the Krave Beauty one for a couple of reasons. It is accessible here in Singapore, relatively more affordable and bigger in size. This cleanser also has the ability to adhere better on my palm, if that makes sense? The Krave Beauty one slips really easily and I often end up wasting the product. Lastly, this gel cleanser foams up really well which makes my cleansing experience more pleasant. I would recommend this cleanser to anyone really. This is such an underrated cleanser and needs more attention in my opinion.
