Maybe your skin is a bit more sensitive now, due to changes in the weather or you might have occurred some stress lately, resulting in your breakouts. Breakouts also tend to appear while or just before your period or it could be due to something you ate, like chocolate. We really can't give you an explanation I'm afraid. I didn't have any breakouts when using the VT Reedle Shot myself, but obviously, every skin is different so it doesn't say that much either...
