I need help, I don't know how to report that I haven't received the products from 2 giveaways that I won. 1) COSRX's No Spot Left Behind! 2) I won one of these 3 products: Manyo's Pure Cleansing Oil, Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule, Pure Cleansing Water Sensitive! I tried to report them from the link in the email but it only sends me to the app and I don't get an option to notify that I haven't received them and the deadline to publish my opinion about them is in 4 days.
