Great question!
Personally, I would love to have the option to request products back. For me, that's the only reason for holding back on posting a review, since it's kinda hard to publish a review when a product isn't available in Picky's database.

Hello! I would really like for the Request Product function come back. There have been several new releases from Kbeauty brands that I've tried during the past year. However, I have not been able to review most of the new releases I've tried due to them not being available on Picky's database. Making reviews on Picky has become increasingly more difficult since the Request Product function has been removed. It's been discouraging and making me lose interest in being an active member.

Fix the issues with the app that have been ongoing for the past year.

I’ve included screenshot since my messages are on both page 37 and 38 of this post. No one ever responded.
Customer Service from Picky Support is horrible - people are either not getting any response or else they get a response that has nothing to do with your issue.
For example the Review form to complete giveaway requirements STILL doesn’t allow Users to inform Picky if a product has not been received, that option was removed in Late November/Early December.
The reminder email still has the box to click that just tells people to go to the App.
I personally had 3 different giveaways arrive after the deadline and Support was still saying to click in the email, after I explained in my email that link no longer works and to ask the Developers to fix.
There are still glitches with the review form where even if you complete your review and check your IG or TT post, it says that your tasks are incomplete.
Sorry for the lengthy message but nothing seems to be resolved although I have posted these issues multiple times.

request add new product obviously, really need that to make a new review in picky and also improve customer service for replying our email 😔

We need a way to let you know if we haven't received the product by the deadline.
Not all IG posts show in the Picky Event when submitting reviews. I checked a blank square for my last Picky review because it was my most recent insta post.

Yes! I've had a couple of items actually finally come like less than a week before the review is due!
