The real of minimal skincare routine is just 3 steps which is cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. But i can't stay only with that if i have breakouts... so my current routine is in 5-7 step.
the extra is spot treatment, exfoliator and sleeping mask - i dont know why did i add sleeping mask on my routine. I don't think it's a necessary). 💛

I'm so tempted to add this sleeping mask to my routine (2-3 nights a week)! So far, I've managed to resist 😅

Good topic!
I hadn't even heard of 10 step skin care until a few weeks ago when my skin barrier was damaged.
And I returned to a basic skincare routine which brought my skin back to "normal".
I continued with the basic routine for few more days & my eldest son complimented me that my skin was glowing!
Oftentimes, simple is best!

I started a minimalist, sad (really?) that I've become a hoarder and wanted to try products and manage to have at least 6 steps. But dont get me wrong, tho Im struggling a lil bit to finish, I feel like Im still managing it 😂

I'm in the middle. I feel like I lack hydration without some toners or serums but it gets stuffy beyond 7 steps

I can see where you're coming it must be subjective to the skin type because my oily skin cant handle more than 2 hydration stages i start getting fungal acne

most i would go is just 5 steps. If i add like a mask it would be 6 steps. I been a minimalism from the start
