i think it is okay to use both together, both contain salicylic acid, but the pencentage is really low, and also low pH cleanser is wash off, so dont worry😊

if you worrying about dry out your skin, you may use thicker or highly hydrating moisturizer

I think it is depend on your skin condition. Because i've use the cosrx low ph everyday and it has worsen my skin.
