unfulfilled means the product has not ship to you yet. once it is delivered then the status will change to fulfilled.
as long as u confirm and checkout the order then all u gotta do is wait for the product to arrive. dont be bother with the status!

when did they sent the email? I received an email after check out “ thank you for confriming you participation” is that the email? but its still unfulfilled
