Affordable Hydrating Eye Creams

Hi Pickies! I know in the skincare community, many people say that eye creams are optional and not necessary to a routine at all. However, I have a very dry and dull under eye area. I had never used an eye cream before, but I recently got a Saturday Skin eye cream sample with another order I made previously. Although I didn’t like that specific product because it stung my eyes for some reason, my under eye area felt so much more fresh and hydrated after using the sample just for one night. So do you have any affordable eye cream recommendations that focus mainly on hydration? I don’t care much about dark circle or fine-line oriented eye creams. Thanks in advance!
