Little bumps

To me it looks like cystic acne. I can't see any exfoliating products in your routine - I'd suggest chemical exfoliants such as salicylic acid or glycolic acid. I'll tag a wash that can be used daily and a stronger solution that should be used 1-2x a week (just my personal recommendations, you may prefer toners or serums). It's also good practice to use clay masks 1-2x a week to clear excess oil. I also noticed that your sunscreen contains alcohol denat which is a harsh ingredient that can dry your skin out - just something to keep in mind.
