Skincare with PCOS

Same sis, I find using more soothing products works(for now). Unfortunately I don't use actives like retinol and stuffs so I can't comment on that. If your skin burns maybe it's become sensitized(broken barrier). I suggest sticking to a simple routine for now. Just a mild cleanser–cetaphil is great, hydrating/soothing toner, ceramide based moisturizer, and spf. Here are some recommendations: **if you find the ato cream too heavy for your skin, try their soothing gel version. They sell small sizes of this so I guess try buying both to test out first
