Help! Best toner that you can suggest

Hi guys! Im planning to buy a new toner since mine is almost empty and im torn between these three: • Skin1004’s Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner • Im From’s Rice Toner and • Niacinamide Brightening Toner from Good Molecules. I want to remove the dark spots and acne marks on my face. Or if you dont mind, you may also drop your toner suggestion Thank youu
