Proteins denature. Denaturation means the protein changes into a different form. Thanks for sharing. People definitely need to know this as some are spending a fortune on collagen pills etc and I'm always like, why?! i actually saw a lady a while back who was going to buy the pills. They were £30 a box or 3 for 2. So £60 for 3 months worth. I literally couldn't stop myself, I had to explain to her that they don't work. She didn't buy them in the end, I probably scared her by getting all up in her business 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😂🤣😂🤣💕💕

i somewhat agree.. the information makes it seem like creams are more effective than oral collagen supplements which might be true if you are considering temporary benefits. as written in the post the collagen molecules are huge so they won’t penetrate into your skin when used in cream however they will give your skin a temporary plump effect. oral collagen is great for knees joints etc so it is not a waste just might not be the best option for skin.. eating a healthy diet is the best way to permanently increase collagen. even some growth factors (more research needed) could help..
