I’ve definitely gotten a lot better but sometimes when I find one that’s really bothering me, I’ll pick at or pop a spot on my face. I usually immediately regret it afterwards!
I’ll also neglect reapplying sunscreen when I’m at work sometimes (I work outside) either because I’m sweating or my hands don’t feels super clean and no amount of hand sanitizer helps. I don’t always have access to running water while I’m at work so I gotta wait til I get home!

I touch my face the whole time!!! I don't know what to do to avoid it... everytime I catch myself touching my face I feel bad and promise myself not to do it again, but then after 5 min my hands are again on my face without me even noticing it... it's just so annoying, specially because I have oily skin and prone to pimples 😖

This is my bad habit too 😭 totally can relate. And i realize that my pimples nowadays are mostly caused by this bad habit, not because of my skincare routines :( unconsciously touching my face, huft :(

I know popping pimples usually leaves scar but I couldn't help doing it. I am also very touchy when it comes on my face, especially on my jawlines which recently had gotten more acne breakouts due to wearing masks.

i'm bad at estimating time so i have a tendency to "over wash" my face so now i put a timer to 60 seconds maximum so i don't over do it😅

meanwhile me 😬 id wash and rinse for more than 3x when i’d lose my patience 😩 then regret after a couple of hours
