help me choose a product

There is an ongoing sale in a local kbeauty store here. There are some good deals but however I'm on a budget now since school has started. I want to buy any one of the two products. I would recommend cosrx. It contains sodium hyaluronate and other hydrating ingredients, and also good for scars. Apply on damp skin and follow with a moisturizer.
