Exfoliating twice a day is too much for sensitive skin! 😅
I suggest cutting down to 3X a week. And on those days, do it only once. Maintain this for a month.
If your skin is comfortable, add one more day. Try 4X a week for 2 weeks. Observe your skin's response.
Perhaps your current exfoliator is a gentle one & it's fine for daily use. But twice a day is really pushing the limit. 😅

exfoliating toner for sensitive skin is recommended to use 2-3x a week only.
you may also try out toner pads, some pads are extremely gentle

What's your current exfoliator & how often do you use it?
I'm using this gentle exfoliator twice a week. It's helped reduce significantly whiteheads, blackheads & closed comedones! My 14yo son uses it once weekly & it's helped him too.

i use this toner this twice a day. bc i have sensitive skin, im trying to do sandwich method which is: hydra toner - exfo toner - hydra toner. i dont know if this method causes my tiny bumps bc of overhydration but it feels less tingling when i do it like that:( do you mind giving suggestion?
i'll put some by mi on my cart rn! i've been wanting to try this one but the reviews are mixed, some loves it, some hates it so im confused 🙈

for tiny bumps, I always gave them extra hydration first and than I used exfoliating toner or exfoliating serum. these two products maybe can help to reduce your tiny bumps. these two products contain BHA but the Benton ones is so gentle. The BHA they used 0,5% cmiiw
