What did you blame when your acne starts showing up?

My acne starts to show up when I was fifteen, and the only thing that I blamed was my lack of sleep, didn’t know there were lot more factors of that. To others who also suffered with acne, can you also share yours? ☺️

Hormonal changes and environmental factors as well. It's quite normal to have acne due to hormones, so I tend to clean my surroundings to not aggravate the acne caused by it.

mostly I blame my periods when my face starts acting up. I know most would suggest stay away from dairy but I love my iced coffees too much for that 😂
