i guess it is because picky has not yet sent out email to all 3000 winners hence why it is still up there

Since it is a giveaway for 3,000, it’s likely they haven’t had that many people apply yet. I’ve noticed a couple previous times when the giveaway was so large, they kept it up for extra time until the limit was reached.
