What age are you? I saw on google females stop growing around 14/15 or if you haven’t gotten your period yet, a few years after you get it. I got mine quite early (11?) so I think I’ve been 5’5 for as long as I can remember 😂

im 14 years old but i don't know, when do i stop growing right now😂 because i have period when i was 12 haha

I don't think you can grow any taller. As the comment above says, you stop growing around 14-15 years of age. sorry :(

im 17 and only 152 cm, i do stretching excercises for about 2momths already, but nothing happened

but i see in youtube that they do many exercise they can grow 2cm in 2 month but i don't think so it could be happen🙃

I doubt you can change genetics but maybe play basketball? there’s some ppl who swear playing basketballs helps them “stretch”
