Aging, Crepey Skin

Hi, I have managed to maintain a 50 pound weight loss for over a year due to a chronic back injury, so because of the weight loss, I have crepey skin on my neck. I have tried everything to get it under control, does any one have any suggestions, I am 46. Not expecting a miracle but at least a neck cream that genuinely will help tone it a bit.Thanks everyone.💙
