Hi there, I’m in my late 30s too 😊. Everyone’s skin is different but there are some ingredients that you might want to start to incorporate to your routine. Chemical exfoliators like AHA or BHA, retinol is the golden standard if your skin can tolerate it, antioxidant is a must ranging from vit C, vit E, green tea, resveratrol, ginseng and many others. Last but not least is good old sunscreen, don’t ever missed a day applying it. Centella is good for redness, these are some products I currently use.
