So weird. After long time I thought it is fully absorbed, but the sticky feeling is till there. When I continue with serum and moisturizer, my skin become more sticky and I don’t like that feeling. So, I change the method of using by soak with cotton pad rather than directly use it. The result become much better. The good thing about this toner is it does fully hydrate my skin. 💦𝑹𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 3/5.
