hey i’ve hyperpigmentation too before and it’s darker aroun mouth and chin. my advice is don’t use skincare containing vit c because if you didn’t use it correctly it’ll make it worse. use ingredients like niacin and peptide also exfoliate 3 times a week. use a mask with ingredients milk or rice. it works on me wish you luck❤️
