HELP PICKY REWARDS PROBLEMS

Hello, Can anyone tell me how I can take my picky rewards (parcel) from courier since picky did not give any information or tracking number about the parcel (the courier at my place don’t sent the parcel to your door I need to take it from the courier and bring evidence like email or message of my parcel)

The e-mail about you winning the MVP reward, it has the tracking number. Click track your order. The tracking number is supposed to be there.

sometimes I would receive msg from the courier saying that they are delivering a parcel to but they won’t specify it’s from picky. how do I know it? because I didn’t purchase anything online during that time. 😂 sometimes the parcel just arrive at my door without notice.
