NeoGen Dermalogy Skincare Trial Set

Really I just need advice I won this giveaway it was shipped and then said it was delivered. I have not been able to locate it. It said it was delivered to my post office and they are being rude and acting like they no nothing about it. I had to fill out my review for and Marked that I did not receive it. I am worried I will be banned from being able to participate in anymore picky giveaways. Does anyone have any advice or information that can help me. It would be truly appreciate thank you
