Secret Key Rose Oil Serum Mist-Thoughts?

I was lucky enough to be selected to review the Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose Oil Serum Mist from Jolse. 🌹 It contains both Provence Rosa Centifolia Flower Water and Rosa Damascena Flower Oil to help keep skin moist. 🌹 I'm not entirely sure where I should be adding this mist into my routine but I've been mainly spraying it on instead of my toner in the morning or evening. It's the use of the word serum which is throwing me off. 🌹 Has anyone tried this? Where would you recommend using it in your routine?
