Dry like this photo

I was born with excessive dry skin..embarrassing as it sounds, i learned to accept it. Yet, til this day i have not found anything that could possibly heal my skin less than a month. I thought aquaphor would do the trick and a pumice stone, but those 2 pieces of art & beauty takes forever?! So my skin kinda looks like my photo right now. Ashy, crusty, u name it..Is there a substance/pill out there that could help my old skin look brand new again? If so, drop me comments

I think you may wanna use some hydrating products. skincare is a long term effect, so don’t be too rush about it. some products will take a longer time to see results. as for substance/pill, I personally don’t eat these kind of stuffs. you may consult your dermatologist for a more accurate diagnosis.
