I think you had passed the dateline before you submit the code and notify them? Normally they only gave like 3 to 4 days to submit the code and it must be before Korea Time.

I had tried to submit the code the day after I received the email that I had won the giveaway and I contacted them emmediatly after I saw that the code didn't work.
