i dont know whats your type of skin and what you use as routine. But, first you have to know your basic skincare is suitable for you and not any ingredients on ur routine is worsen your skin.
If I were you, I will be using skincare with no scrubs, more hydrating, and avoid any highly risk skincare such as retinol or vit c.
Then, never touch your face. You need to be well observed about whats your concern and your ingredients you really need
