I only use the peeling solution once a week and that's more than enough exfoliation, especially in winter when my skin tends to dry out more. I use retinoids every other night.
I think you may be slightly overexfoliating, but you know your skin better.

i have a slightly similar schedule with yours.
monday - aha
wed-retinol
friday- aha/bha peeling solution
it really depends on your skin. you know your skin best if it can tolerate how many actives you use per week.
i suggest if you are using the peeling solution to replace one of your days where you use aha or bha? i think 3 days of using actives in a week is the max for my skin. i just have rest days in between. so just play around with your routine to figure out what’s best for you

I'd say almost every day or 5 times a week and this is the serum I use almost every day but I do skip it if my skin feels dry as it’ll damage my skin barrier by overusing it.
