Self love is beautiful, freedom is beautiful

How do you provide yourself and others with self-care/beauty/love? When have you felt or experienced true beauty in your life? What makes you feel truly beautiful? Does being cared for make us more beautiful? What has made you feel truly beautiful in your life? Does outer or inner beauty matter more? Does inner beauty come from strength or love or a combination of the two? self care is experienced and acted out in many ways in many different cultures. some cultures consider beating ppl with wet leaves / grass to be therapeutic and later on proven to provide real benefits to the skin. I think this is a testament to how beauty comes from within, from caring for yourself and honoring your body/vessel in whichever way that is, be it masks & serums or drums leaf-beatings & incense
